Hello! This is Astrid the Doll. I've prepared a Valentine's Day activity for your amusement.

I realize that I am a few days late with my Valentine's update, to which I wholeheartedly apologize, for I was asleep. I am the doll who sleeps for days and days. My dream world will not release me from its grasp, and perhaps I will tell you more about this in the future...

But for right now, you need four things:

1) Colored paper
2) Colored pens
3) Scissors
4)Glue


First, take a piece of colored paper, and fold it in half.	Then draw half of a heart on it, making sure that the center of the heart is on the folded edge of the paper.


Use the scissors to cut along the line of the heart.	Volia! You have a perfectly symmetrical paper heart. With another color of paper, make a smaller heart.	Adhere the smaller heart to the front of the large heart, using glue. Finally, using your colored pens, draw a design or write a message.

If you are a doll like me, be very careful while using pens and scissors! I actually got a spot of ink on one of my gloves while drawing the heart outline. I'm glad the gloves protected my hands; I don't want to accidentally tattoo my cloth skin.

Upon completion, you will have a home-made Valentine!

Present it to your sweetheart with much fanfare.
